1) What does the camer ASA mean and stand for? (ranges from 1600 to 25 on my camer)
2) Also, the light meter inside the part you look in on my camera has numbers from 1-100, im used to using a camera with a light meter than has pos and neg, and the needle should be in the middle. does this mean i want the light to be at 50?

ASA – American Standards Assoc. is the older film speed rating. Set the camera to the what ever speed is on the film box. If you are using digital you set by the type of film you wish to simulate, 100 softgrain, 200 average 400 outdoor high speed, etc.
