I wanna do close up photography of water drops, spiderweb and such stuff.

There are screw-on “macro” adaptors on Ebay and at every flea market. Just find one that screws onto the front of your kit lens.
OR, for a real macro, consider the new Nikon 40mm AF-S Micro.

OK… I’m coming out of the closet…. I bought a macro lens (Tamron 90mm Macro). As somebody that considers themselves a serious landscape photographer I feel like I have donned an anorak and now I’m a train spotter. I don’t know why, but I have never been overly interested in macro photography before ,but all of a sudden I felt the urge to try my creativity on a much smaller scale.
You won’t be seeing any flowers or insects from me, but I will be trying to bring some of the principles of large scale lighting and composition to the macro world.
I have to admit though that I feel very clumsy operating in the macro world where depth of field is measured in millimeters.
This is the first of a few exercises that I have set myself to try to understand the world of macro.
