From the garage next door to eBay and local lists, the price range seems to be bigger than I expected, from $ 10.00 to $ 75.00! Obviously the pricier it gets, the better its condition… But I’m not sure about the REAL price for my next toy…
Can you help me please?
Note: I’m taking in all cases about a camera in great condition -body, lens, case, etc…-

I’m planning on buying a DSLR soon. I’ve read a lot of articles and tutorials online for a while now,but its time for me to have a hands-on experience while learning. But I want to make sure that I get a camera that I feel is right for me.
What kind of DSLR do you own? What lens?
I am currently looking at the Canon EOS T3i. Can you name a few cameras that I can compare reviews with?

Best way to know—go to an electronic store (like Best Buy) and try it out for yourself.
The T3i is a small beginner’s DSLR, and is too small for a person with larger hands like me. Or maybe you like the small size. It just depends on what you want, and what your budget can afford.
And as for lens, you should get the standard 18-55mm kit lens. What lens you get after that, depends on what you like to shoot. But I suggest a “nifty fifty” 50mm f/1.8 lens as a second lens, just to play with a prime lens and to help understand depth of field.

I decided this Christmas that I want a new digital camera. Basically, price is not a problem, but I want high quality pictures and possibly movies. I’m looking for a camera that’s relatively small & boxy. Not a big odd shaped camera. If I were to choose a color, it would be black. Now, I know that Canon Rebels take superb quality pictures, but I’m looking for a little digital camera that I can carry around, and isn’t a hassle, like the rebel. So, a digital camera, relatively small, boxy, and black. Any suggestions? 10 points to best answer!

So I wanted a lomography camera for the longest time. I was looking into Dianas and Holgas but I figured developing 120mm film is hard to do and 35mm is just a wee bit expensive. Is it worth it?
I did some searching and came across the fujifilm instax system. I thought it was awesome how they make instant cameras with film in production. I was wondering which instax camera you guys would prefer.
Pros and cons, things like that.
